This sixteenth century oak framed cottage was Grade II listed.

Reading + West gained listed building consent for the conversion of two garages into residential accommodation which allowed the creation of another bedroom and a new kitchen and dining room. The rustic fabric was fully restored and the cottage refurbished as our client's luxury weekend retreat.
