New build housing scheme

We were brought in to provide the detailed design and create the interior layout for this innovative scheme for 16 apartments and two penthouses overlooking Shadwell Basin in the Docklands.

(Nicholas Grimshaw had designed an outline scheme and gained planning approval.)

The scheme was published in Building magazine.
