Student Accommodation

We have recently completed the design for this new build development of 175 rooms for students in Greater London.

The proposals make use of the steep slopes on the site to minimise the impact of the development on the local environment and to preserve the secluded garden like quality of the area.

The group of buildings are designed around a landscaped courtyard and we have used a pallet of materials to articulate the various parts of the development including timber cladding to the courtyard elevations whilst the street elevations are clad with red brick and render to reflect the local context and to provide an appropriate street scape.
